🚨📜 NHS STAFF UNDER INVESTIGATION: CONFIDENTIAL RECORDS OF WILLIAM CHAPMAN ACCESSED AFTER FATAL TIGER ATTACK!

Emergency responders who rushed to the UK zoo where an ex-child actor was mauled to dєatᩚh by a tiger may have snooped on his medical records, officials revealed Friday.

The Yorkshire Ambulance Trust — a part of the National Health Service — launched a probe into two staffers who responded to emergency calls at the Yorkshire Wildlife Park after William Chapman, 24, scaled a fence on Oct. 10 and fatally leaped into the big cat enclosure, The Guardian reported.

There were reportedly “two instances” where Chapman’s medical information was accessed without a “legitimate reason,” ambulance officials admitted to heath trade publication HSJ.

The breach occurred shortly after reports of the tiger attacking him surfaced, prompting the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office to be notified, health officials said.

Chapman’s family later told officials that he “had a history of mєntal illness, a diagnosis of schizophrenia” and had been under psychiatric supervision.

The Yorkshire Ambulance Trust confirmed the potential breach and notified Chapman’s family about the investigation, according to the outlet.

A full investigation is expected to occur in March, according to Sky News.

The troubled former actor shared a video of himself walking up to Altai, a 420-pound Siberian tiger, on Instagram shortly before the grisly mauling.

Chapman died at the scene, with his cause of dєatᩚh later reported as multiple traumatic injuries and animal interaction.

His grieving family said he suffered from severe mєntal health issues — reportedly schizophrenia — and was taking heavy medication at the time of the horrific attack.

Before the horror unfolded, he was spotted “pacing around with his headphones in” and “happily dancing” — even asking unsuspecting zoo visitors to take his picture with the beast in the background, eyewitnesses said.

It is not the first time National Health Service staff have been caught snooping.

In June, dozens improperly accessed records of a boy attacked by an alligator at a zoo, Sky News reported.
